RETURNS

If you for some reason would like to return your products, let us know at post@gaiaoslo.com. Please state the reason for the desired return, and in case it is due to any error or deficiency, please document with photos. We accept returns within 14 days from the date of receipt. As soon as your returns have been successfully processed, the amount will be refunded to your credit

Shipping for your returns will be at your own cost, unless it is due to any error or deficiency from our side.

We collect and process personal information in order for us to fulfill our agreement with our guests and employees. This information is used to book treatments and classes, and to give our customers other important information and services. The information we register is name, telephone number, email address, and purchase history. We collect the information from the registered person.
