If you for some reason would like to return your products, let us know at post@gaiaoslo.com. Please state the reason for the desired return, and in case it is due to any error or deficiency, please document with photos. We accept returns within 14 days from the date of receipt. As soon as your returns have been successfully processed, the amount will be refunded to the credit card used to place the order with.
Shipping for your returns will be at your own cost, unless it is due to any error or deficiency from our side.
